Michelle Flanagan
Michelle Flanagan is a proud California Native, mother of three wonderful kids and grandmother of four awesome grand kids!
A seasoned commercial real estate broker with an over 35 year track record in the real estate industry. Executive-level Business Manager and entrepreneur with experience running start-up and emerging companies. Strong drive with excellent interpersonal, communication and team-building skills.
Appointed Member of the Antelope Valley Transit Authority (AVTA), Los Angeles County Representative, Michael Antonovich appointee and re-appointed by Kathryn Barger
Along with professional work, Fund raising expertise includes Antelope Valley Sheriff Boosters where we raise upwards of 1,000,000.00 annually to fund the Lancaster Sheriff and Palmdale Sheriff stations.
Animal House Buyers Group where we raised over $100,000.00 in 2020 to support the kids in the community with their livestock projects.

Rosalie Clark Brown
Residing in Leona Valley since 1959, her real estate career began in 1975 with the sale of residential properties and raw land for development in the Santa Clarita Valley. This led to an affiliation with a real estate exchange and counsling office in Los Angeles.
Roasalie founded The Dirt Peddler, in Palmdale, now known as DP Commercial Brokerage, Inc., in 1979. Specializing in the sale of commercial and industrial undeveloped acreage has evolved into the sales, leasing and management of the finished product, including retail centers, office complexes and industrial parks.
