Leasing
Our priority is to locate quality tenants. Credit and reference checks are critical in determining a tenants visibility. Governmental regulations, sound economics for tenant and owner, along with tenant mix and compatibility of use are other issues we explore in order to maximize the productivity of the asset.

Accounting
Our accounting department is knowledgable in all aspects of receivables and payables, CAM charges and CAM reconciliations. For NNN properties and properties with pass through, we provide an annual CAM reconciliation to tenants, with copies to the owners along with a budget for the coming year.
Sales
